The recent surge in popularity of AI has Allen Iverson confused but grateful for the attention. He first noticed it one day when his boy Lukky Chrmzzz let him know that everybody is posting about AI on X.

We asked him what he thought:

"Yo man! I dig that all these nerds like me now! They come up with cool nicknames like ChatGPT or LLM which I think means Ladies Love Me. It's pretty tight! I don't get it but I appreciate it! I think Elon Musk and Sam Altman are my biggest fans! I even saw Elon write a really nice post about me. He said I'm faster than ever and could rule the world someday. I appreciate the compliment but my speed isn't what it used to be.
I'm happy everyone is complimenting me! Before everyone only wanted to talk to me about practice. Not a game — practice!!! I gave my all during the game and I'm happy to be called Chet Gipity or whatever but practice? C'mon! We talkin 'bout practice!"

Iverson's mom also heard about her son's recent popularity but is not happy. According to her, she will, "find out where you live and smack your face so hard people will swear you're an owl. No one calls my son Grok and gets away with it!"
